Once
you are booked with us, you will need to return a copy of your
contract and paperwork.
The contract is returned immediately and the paperwork closer
to the event.

Immediately after
making your deposit
-You will receive two copies of your contract in the
mail. Sign one copy and return it to us. We include a
stamped-addressed envelope for ease of use. We understand the
times on your contract may change, so list your best estimate.
8 weeks prior to

-Finish choosing music and itinerary details
6 weeks prior to
